Talent Unleashed is a strategy consulting firm that has been supporting both corporate and SMMEs with their Enterprise Development initiatives. At Talent Unleashed we are motivated by the plight of unemployed youth and the failure of youth-owned enterprises in Africa. Our products and services provide support and solutions to businesses so that they can be sustainable and create meaningful jobs for our unemployed youth.

Mantsha Pheeha



Business Strategist



Mantsha Pheeha is a strategist who has experience in Management Consulting, Development Finance and Project Management. She is an engineer and she has worked in both the private and public sectors as a project manager and management consultant for more than fifteen years. She has been in business since 2016 and she has been working in the Enterprise Development space providing support to corporate, SMMEs and Incubators. She has supported over 100 businesses with some receiving grant funding, winning competitions and most important remaining sustainable, profitable and creating jobs.



Kgomotso Kalela



Business Operations



Kgomotso Kalela is an operational excellence specialist and he helps businesses to plan and manage their business operations so that they can meet their long-term strategic goals. He focuses on stakeholder management, project execution, budget and cost management, and the design and implementation of business improvement processes. Kgomotso has worked for a multinational JSE-listed company as the Head of Operations and was responsible for the African Continent. He has been supporting businesses with the operational excellence that is implemented by big corporations but is usually out of reach for SMMEs.

At Talent Unleashed we work with a team of talented consultants and analysts who have qualifications in Engineering, Geology, Industrial Psychology, Strategic Communication, Science and Business Studies. Our Consultants and Analysts bring a diverse point of view to all our projects and they are equipped with our processes and methodologies to provide the best support to both our clients in the Corporate and SMME sectors.



Our track record



Talent Unleashed has been part of local and international incubation and enterprise development programs as both a participant and a coach or mentor. We, therefore, have a unique perspective from both sides that makes our insights into both corporates and SMMEs invaluable. We have been in the Awethu Program as a participant and at the end of the program became a trainer and coach. Talent Unleashed was 1 of 20 women-owned businesses from across the globe that was part of the Goldman Sachs Growth Fellowship in 2021. We were also in the P&G Enterprise Development Program in 2020 where we won the P&G Pitch competition. Talent Unleashed is part of the panel of coaches for the Riversands Incubation Hub and we have coached at Absa, Shanduka Black Umbrellas and mentored in the Female Foundry programme in South Africa in 2022. We have been providing services to Absa in strategy and operational excellence from 2018 to date. We were part of the strategy coaching program for Shanduka Black Umbrellas in 2019. We were part of the Awethu coaches in 2016 and we have been part of the Riversands Incubation Hub Coaching Panel since 2020.


We have supported business across all sectors and provinces in South Africa and we have created virtual and in-person training courses across a spectrum of business-related courses.


We have facilitated strategy sessions for several businesses, government entities and NGOs.


We also conduct business-related research and produce papers and training programs that will benefit SMMEs and Enterprise Development Practitioners in Corporate.
